My path to becoming a wellness coach for hypersensitive women began in a demanding corporate environment where I constantly silenced my own needs. I spent years convinced I had to fit into a world that didn’t honour big emotions. It wasn’t until a severe burnout forced me to stop that I finally turned inward. I began studying coaching and psychology, and discovered a community of women who felt just as overwhelmed and unseen as I had. Realising that my sensitivity was not a flaw but a compass, I decided to build my life around it rather than against it.

There was a time when I thought my feelings were only obstacles. It was only by paying attention to those sensations — journaling every spike of anxiety, reflecting on each tear, listening to what my body was trying to say — that I began to see a pattern. My emotions showed me what mattered and what didn’t. Each decision I’ve made since has been guided by those insights.
