Not at all. All practices are beginner‑friendly and adapted to your unique needs. Whether you’re new or experienced, you’ll be guided gently and given modifications so you feel safe and comfortable. Our focus is on connecting you to your body and breath in a way that feels supportive, not intimidating. We encourage you to listen to your own rhythm and remind you that there’s no “right” way to do these practices — it’s all about tuning in and letting them work for you.
We cater to most dietary needs, including vegan, gluten‑free and specific allergies. When you book, you’ll fill in a detailed intake form so our chef can plan meals that nourish you and respect your body’s needs. All food is sourced locally and prepared with care, and we’ll provide sample menus ahead of time to give you peace of mind. If you have any concerns, just reach out — we want you to feel completely taken care of.

It also means more one‑on‑one time with your coach and the flexibility to tailor workshops to the group’s needs.
We recommend reserving your spot at least 2–3 months before the retreat, as places are limited and tend to fill quickly. Booking early gives you more flexibility in choosing your room type and allows you to arrange travel at the best rates. It also ensures we have time to review your intake form and adapt the programme to meet your needs.
A non‑refundable deposit is required to secure your place, and the remaining balance is due several weeks before the retreat begins. You can pay by credit card or bank transfer, and we offer the option to split payments into two or three instalments to make it more accessible. Once you register, you’ll receive clear instructions and a timeline for each payment. If you have any questions about financing or need a different arrangement, we’re happy to discuss it with you.
